- Initially, activate your account through the online portal upon receipt of your physical card. You will then be issued a PIN, necessary for each transaction.
- Fill your vehicle with Standard fuel, hand the fuel card to the cashier, and input your PIN. The cashier will issue a receipt showing the full price; however, your online account will reflect the discount and the funds will be collected the following week at the discounted rate.
- You do not need to show your Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service ID to pay for fuel. If asked you do not need to provide your registration plate or mileage, these questions are for business users.
Your account is limited to draw around 450 litres of fuel per week.
