In short, yes. However you would need to close your existing account to be able to open an account with our terms and discount levels. We understand that customers do not want to or cannot experience downtime on their fuel card, so we have these options available:
- If your fuel account consumes more than 500 litres of fuel per month then you qualify as a fleet customer. So please raise a support ticket providing us with your details and estimated monthly consumption. One of our advisers will reach out to you to ensure you remain operational throughout the transfer.
- If your fuel account consumes less than 500 litres of fuel per month please complete a fuel card application and then raise a support ticket informing us of your application and estimated monthly consumption. We will then liaise directly with the supplier who can allow you to close your old account and open your new account via a fast track process giving minimal to no downtime.
