When your UK Fuels card arrives in the post, you’ll find your fuel card plus three key documents, all in one neat packet. Here’s what to look for:

1. Your Fuel Card
   • What it is: Your physical diesel fuel card, credit-card size with UK Fuels branding.
   • What to check: Card number (embossed on the front) and expiry date.
2. Welcome Letter
   • What it is: A personalised introduction to your new account.
   • What’s inside:
     • Your account name and client number
     • Your dedicated support contact (name, email, phone)
     • UK Fuels’ main contact details
3. Introducing Radius Velocity
   • What it is: A step-by-step guide to set up and use your free Radius Velocity account.
   • What’s inside:
     • A quick overview of Radius Velocity
     • Two easy-follow walkthroughs (Web App and Website) for retrieving your card PIN
4. FAQ
   • What it is: Answers to the most common first-time fuel card questions.
   • Why read it: It covers topics like “Do I need to activate my fuel card?” and “How do I use my fuel card?” in a clear, easy to digest format.

What do I  Need To Do Now?

1. Check your email for the Radius Velocity activation link.
2. Click the link and follow the on-screen prompts (just like the “Introducing Radius Velocity” guide in your welcome letter) to register your account.
3. Log in to Velocity at https://radiusvelocity.com (or via the mobile app) using the credentials you set up.
4. Head to the Fuel Cards → View PINs section to retrieve your 6-digit card PIN.
5. Once you’ve activated your account and noted your PIN, you’re all set to fuel up! If you'd like to find out more about Velocity click here.
