Follow these simple steps to get started:

Check Your Inbox
Within a few days of your account being approved, you’ll receive an activation email from no-reply@radiusvelocity.com.- If you don’t see it within 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder.
- If it’s missing entirely, contact support@ukfuels.co.uk for a resend.

Click Your Unique Activation Link
The email contains a one-time link. Click it to open the Radius Velocity registration page. -
Set Your Password
On the registration page, you’ll be prompted to:- Enter your name (pre-filled)
- Choose a secure password (min. 8 characters, including a number and special character)
- Confirm your password

Accept the Terms & Conditions
Review their online Terms & Conditions, then tick the checkbox to agree. -
Complete Registration
Click “Activate Account”. You’ll see a confirmation screen and be taken directly into Velocity. -
Log In & Explore
- Return to https://radiusvelocity.com
- Enter your email address and the password you just set
- You’ll land on your dashboard, where you can immediately:
- View your new card’s Fuel Cards tile
- Retrieve your PIN under View PINs
- Access Invoices, Transactions, and more
Tips for a Smooth Start
- Bookmark the login page for quick access.
- Enable email notifications in your profile settings to be alerted when new invoices are ready.
- Download the mobile app (iOS/Android) and use the same credentials to manage your account on the go.
