How to Use Your UK Fuels Card: A Simple Step-by-Step Guide

Know Your Card
Your fuel card works just like a bank or store card, except it only buys diesel at participating stations. -
Find a Station
Use the e-route app (or our online station locator) to find the nearest UK Fuels-accepting forecourt. -
Fill Your Tank
Drive up to the pump and dispense diesel as usual - no card action required at the pump itself. -
Show Your Card to the Cashier
Walk inside and present your fuel card. The cashier will tap or swipe it on their terminal to start your transaction. -
Record Vehicle Details
The cashier may offer to log your mileage and vehicle registration - this keeps your usage records accurate, so go ahead if you’d like. -
Authorise the Payment
When prompted by the terminal, enter your six-digit PIN (retrieved via Radius Velocity) or sign for the transaction. -
Continue Your Journey
Once approved, you’re all set. Grab your receipt and head back out on the road! -
