As a Less Per Litre cardholder, you’ll need access to the Radius Velocity portal to manage your diesel fuel card. If you can’t get in, follow the steps below to reset your password or renew an expired activation link.
1. Reset Your Password
On the Mobile App
- Open the Radius Velocity app on your device.
- Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Reset Password.
- Enter the email address linked to your Velocity account and tap Reset my password.
- Check your inbox for a reset email, click the link, set a new password, and confirm.
- Return to the app and log in using your new password. ukfuels.co.uk
In Your Browser
- Go to the Velocity login page: https://www.velocityfleet.com/accounts/login
- Click Forgot? below the password field.
- Enter your registered email address and click Reset my password.
- Open the email you receive, follow the link, choose a new password, and click Change my password.
- You can now log in with your updated password. ukfuels.co.uk
2. Renew an Expired Activation Link
When you first register, you’ll receive an activation email (from notify@velocityfleet.com) within 48 hours of account setup. That link expires after 7 days. To get a new one:
- Go to the New User Registration form at https://www.velocityfleet.com.
- Submit your details and our partner support team will send you a fresh activation link. ukfuels.co.uk
