If your card has been lost or stolen it is important you contact UK Fuels immediately.
You can call UK Fuels on 0344 880 2468 or click the Fuel Cards section of your Velocity account. Next, click Manage Cards and then click Put Cards On Stop. Select the cards you want to place on stop and confirm the reason.
If your card was stolen you may wish to report it to the police and get a crime reference number.
